These are the current operating terms for the SNOX account sandbox. Accept them only after reading the conditions that apply to your role.
Version 2026-10-19.v1 · English01
Account and identity
Provide accurate registration and business details, use a unique password, protect your recovery code, and keep your contact information current. Your SNOX ID identifies an account; it is not a government identity document or evidence of identity verification.
02
Your storefront responsibilities
Publish accurate prices, specifications, availability, warranties, delivery commitments, and return conditions. Only sell products you are authorized to supply. Merchant listings are separate from wholesalers’ business-only MOQ catalog.
03
Orders and settlements
Fulfill accepted orders, keep tracking and customer support records, and resolve returns. Applicable platform charges, commissions, refunds, taxes, and holding periods are itemized in transaction and settlement records.
04
Wallet, payments, and charges
Review the amount, currency, recipient, exchange quote, charges, taxes, and final debit before confirming any operation. Deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and loans follow the published eligibility, balance, approval, and channel rules. In this sandbox all money movement is simulated and no bank, mobile-money, or cryptocurrency payment is sent.
05
Records and privacy
SNOX stores account information, accepted terms, orders, financial entries, and audit events needed to operate the service. Other operators receive only the information needed for the relevant transaction. Never upload another person’s private information without authority.
06
Returns, disputes, and account changes
Use the support and dispute workflow for incorrect transactions, deliveries, or account details. Refunds and reversals may adjust related commissions, loyalty points, and rank qualification. Access may be restricted for misuse or unmet published requirements. Contact support when a decision needs review.
07
Sandbox scope
This release demonstrates operating workflows with simulated financial processing. Provider onboarding, production policies, and applicable local operating requirements must be completed before live commercial or financial services are activated. Saved acceptance covers this version; material future changes require new acceptance.
